Tales of Nippon: Diciembre 29, December 29th

Compramos un billete (boleto) de tren especial por estas fechas, en el que por 10000 yenes (65 euros, 910 pesos) puedes viajar 5 dias, uno elige los dias, en todo los trenes (los dos o tres tipos mas lentos) y metros de Japan Rail que quieras. Aporvechamos para practicamente atravesar el pais de este a oeste y de regreso.
Ese dia queriamos ir por la manana al Comifest (un evento donde venden doujins, mangas dibujados por fans haciendo historias originales o usando series ya existentes) antes de partir de viaje, pero nos quedamos dormidos.
Asi que salimos directamente para Osaka, aunque como eran los trenes lentos y semilentos, nos tomo 12 horas de viaje llegar hasta dicha ciudad. Durante el camino pudimos ver claramente el monte Fuji, como el tren tomaba rutas alternas tambien pasamos por zonas donde estaba nevando fuertemente, aunque no pudimos parar a disfrutar de la nieve. El viaje lo pasamos jugando video juegos (mientras duro la bateria) y charlando.

We bought a special train ticket for the hollidays, which for 10000 yens (65 euros, 910 pesos) allow you to travel for 5 days, you choose teh days, using any train (from the two or three slowest ones) and subways of Japan Rail you wish. We used this to travel across the country from East to West and back.
On that day we wanted to go to the Comifest (an event where they sell doujins, mangas drawn by fans either making their own stories or using existin ones) before we left on our trip, but we overslept.
So we left directly for Osaka, but since we used the slow trains, we had a 12 hour trip to get to the city. On the way there we had a clear view of mount Fuji, and since the train took alternative routs we also saw some snow and it was snowing in some towns, but we couldn't stop to enjoy the snow. We spent the trip playing video games (while the batteries lasted) and talking.
